Ring Rouge is a makeup product that can be worn as an accessory. Initially launched in 2001, the product has been reissued to the classic Anna Sui black rose. The transparent oil formula provides a clear, gentle light tint. Formulated with highly reflective glitter and high viscosity oil. Results in glossy, plumped lips.
